NANO USB Programmer support On-line programming for I2C EEPROM with Address free mode.

"Address free mode" makes NANO USB programmer works without detaching I2C EEPROM from PCB.

Typical programmer that does not support Address free mode does not work with on-line adapter when "A[0:2] pin of target I2C EEPROM" is not connected to GND.

Typicaly, TEST-CLIP is useful for connecting Programmer and EEPROM.
